Bake all at once, or you can store the ready dough for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze it for 2 weeks - and bake the rest whenever you want :)

I am a big fan of sweetish house mafia cookies, and the pre mix is as good as what I can buy from the store. Our Sunday afternoon ritual includes a sweetish mafia cookie mix and my two kids. They love this pre mix because not only is it easy to make and tasty when baked but the chocolate chips are absolutely delicious and generous in size. So we made the version with the egg and vanilla essence in it. And they turned out bomb. We baked 9 medium cookies and 3 huge cookie monsters. Taste just like the original in store cookies. Totally worth it. 10-12 mins of baking and your set. The choco chips are huge and lovely
