1. When will my order be delivered?
A - Our orders usually take 2-5 business days to deliver anywhere across India! Once the shipping receipt has been made you will get your tracking details.
2. I have still not received my order?
A- Please send us the order number on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll check on it’s status asap!
Additional Q - I received damaged goods in my order, what do I do now?
Oh no! Please write to our team on email@example.com and we’ll either refund or replace your order!
3. When will I get my refund amount?
A- Your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of initiation.
4. What is my tracking number and how can I track my order ?
A- Once the shipping receipt is generated you will get an email for the same. After which you can track your order with the details provided. ( mention that notification would be email because some people wait for a text)
5. How can I cancel the order?
A- If the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will check the status and process your request accordingly.

8. Which courier partner will the order be delivered through?
A - You will receive more information on this once the order is placed. We tie up with various courier partners - Blue dart, FedEx, Bombax, etc. to deliver all across India!
9. How many pieces will I get in 1 box?
A - Each box can accommodate 5-6 pieces depending on the mix of cookies chosen! Eg: if you choose one of our big boys a.k.a the chocolate walnut bomb, you would get only 5 cookies in your order.
10. Can I add a note to the order?
A- Yes, it can be added in the notes section while placing the order online.
11.Can I gift wrap the hamper?
A- Yes, please check that option while checking out.
12. What is the shelf life of a cookie?
A- Our cookies stay fresh for 10 days in an airtight container!
13. How can I preserve the cake?
A- They can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days in and upto 7 days in the refrigerator!
14. Where are you located?
A- Mumbai (will be adding Delhi soon)
15. Can I change the address?
A- The address can be changed only within 3-4 hours of placing the order. Once the shipping receipt is generated the address cannot be changed.
16. Are there are any limitations in discount codes?
A- Discount codes cannot be combined with any other coupon or applied to previous purchases.
